Watch the video below (actually, it's one thing, but it's broken into two videos)
a) give a short specific response to one of Frankfurt's assertions in a They Say / I Say format
(or something similar; the ideas are more important than the exact phrasing). For example:
"At 4:17 in the video Part 1, F states that __________ . That seems (choose your adjective) to me.
For example, in the recent Massachusetts senatorial election, Elizabeth Warren said ________ ,
which was a subtle attempt to ____________ ."
b) find at least one comment in your peer's comments below with which to take issue. (If you are one of
the first few here, you might have to come back a little later for this part.) Identify to whom you are
responding, and be clear about with what you are disagreeing and why. This should be in a separate
comment that your direct response to the video.
NOTE #1: If you put in a comment, but it doesn't show up within 10 minutes, please send me an email. There's a tricky SPAM filter that might catch your comment by mistake. I'll be able to find it, but only if you alert me.
NOTE #2: If you get some message that you can't view the video because of your "safety mode," you can change that in your YouTube account. If you struggle with that, please email me.
